Apply Social Insurance adjustments annually for proper application
- Monitor and update clients refundable deposits and ensure changes are reported to finance
- Ensure all law changes made (SI/Taxes) are amended on HP, and reviewed for each client. - For new PEO (co-employee) assignments, ensure social insurance proof is requested to determine annual vacation days for each one.
- Review payroll calculations done by HR & Payroll Divisions Leader
