Managethe commercial communication campaigns calendars, execution and reporting with the detailed plans directly with allsegments owners to prepare the required supportas a Fundamental partner in achieving their KPI’s In Acquisition, Revenuegeneration & Churn enhancement
Partiallyresponsible for gaining an annual revenue across allactivities through call out channel
Partially responsible for gaining an annual revenue across all activities through SMS, MiniCall& IVR
Partially responsible for gaining an annual revenue across all activities through (NBA)-Inbound channel-
monitoring of all campaign-related financial impacts & profitability.
Identify Improvement areas in all communication Customer Experience and manage to determine if new or updated functionality is needed .
Work cross-functionally toprioritize and execute strategic communication projectsacrossall different departments .
Communication Planning & Reporting
Managing vendors with total 500 headcount employees to achieve the DB targets
Fully accountable of the campaign planning cycle in terms of customer criteria; targeting approaches, proposition details ; channel fulfilment & agreed on priorities.
Designing communication plan for all activities.
Owning the End to End communication experience for the new/current commercial propositions.
