Job Responsibility
Responsible of payroll processing for HO & company expatriates employees, ensuring its validation accuracy on a timely manner.
In charge of all HCMS transactions processing including leaves, transfers, credit facility, increments, job requisitions…etc.
Responsible of budget-profit share & bonus files preparations & implementation on company systems.
Managing final settlements processing for ex-employees as well as resignation documents, signatures completions, calculations & filling.
Responsible of the Transportation buses coordination, invoices payments, renewals, route changes/additions…etc.
Following up on internal/external audit findings and ensure that all non-compliance issues are closed within the required time
Promotes and practice communication and participatory management within the team
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree is a must
General knowledge of Human Resources Management
Good command of reading, writing and speaking English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
