1-Design Organization Structure.
2-Create competency framework.
3-Develop yearly Manpower & Workforce Planning.
4-Conduct the job analysis process in order to Create Job profile including job description.
5-Monitor and update the company manpower.
6-Formulate and implement performance management plans to improve company objectives.
Qualifications:
0-3 years of experience (In OD function).
HR Diploma or certificate is highly prefered .
Fluent English.
Giza residence is highly preferred.
Max 28 years old.
