Location: cairo
Key Responsibilities: 

Ensure the highest quality for all running activities/Outputs (invoices expenses plans)
Revise Monthly Billing Plans (for all project types R/L/S)  Provide updates before 7th of the month in coordination with leaders
Responsible on project T&L control ensuring all are invoiced to customer
Responsible to keep track on POs remaining amounts and to report status to leaders on monthly basis
Keep Plans up-to date
Responsible on departments SAP missing hours (follow up with GHs/DMs to achieve targeted accuracy)
Follow up department quotations and update the status on quotation database
Initiator for departments monthly revenue in coordination with GHs
Update projects actual progress in coordination with project leaders.
Review Expense claims and define back-charge items Expense Claim Approval should be done within maximum 3 working days
Requirements:

Accounting  Finance background is preferred
1-3 Relevant years of experience required
To be fully aware of project life cycle from quotation phase till closure.
Medium Excel level is a must should be capable of using formulas charts pivots vlookups….
Power point medium level
Capability of using SAP
Fluent in English writing & speaking
High level of communication skills that ensure smooth work flow with all stakeholders from different categories
Can deal with access database
Adhering to the principals & values
Adapting and responding to change
High ownership level for all assigned duties is a must
