We are looking for a Head of Marketing, for a global F and B Brand.
To establish strong working relationships with new Franchise Partners & agree brand activation strategies for priority new markets (not tactical execution) – agree investment levels etc
To influence Franchise Partners to invest in the right calibre & capability of marketing talent & marketing tools in market
To ensure that the needs of the Regional customers are fed into the global CMO team to ensure developing products and campaigns which reflect these customers and which are commercially fit for the franchise model to support & which drive sales & profit
To work with the global CMO to ensure defined global F & B range ( core & local) that is understood & implemented consistently by franchise partners across the Region
Key Areas include Branding, Digital and Marketing.Business plan milestones for growth.
Brand preference rating in each new market.
Total system sales growth for MENA SEA.
Skilled at working in international regions.
Building Brand Strategies.
