Tasks

As Customer Care Specialist, your tasks will be:

Assist with product and reservation enquiries and all therefore related ticketing activities.
Coordinate and action market specific B2B servicing tasks via phone email and / or queue for processes that are not covered by standard processes of Service Provider.
Handle verify and monitor waiver refund and ADM matters in liaison with service provider and/or central departments providing appropriate support for disputes.
Coordinate and action market specific B2C servicing tasks for processes that are not covered by standard processes of Service Provider.
BSP handling.
Liaise and collaborate with local departments to provide operational expertise and market signals.
Carry-out defined market specific segment servicing.
Support irregularity handling including ticketing.

Requirements

High school diploma and Bachelor degree required.
Professional experience desirable.
English required.
German or French desirable.
Arabic is a must.
User level computer skills.
Excellent independent and proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills and customer service.
Excellent problem solving and solution orientation.
Must possess permit to work in the country of employment.
Egyptian residency is a must.
Willingness to work shifts and over time and outside office hours.
Ability to work under time pressure.
Willingness to travel on behalf of the company.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
