Accountant Receivable
Job Responsibilities:
• Research cash receipts coding and posting of receipts for multiple companies.
• Research and apply unallocated cash daily.
• Generate and provide invoices to customers and departmental leads.
• Generate A/R aging reports and review for correctness.
• Interact with departments to coordinate on collection of Accounts Receivable.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of cash and A/R accounts.
• Review and provide monthly financial and management reports.
• Assist in preparation of audit requests as needed.
• Assist in financial management and analysis as requested.
Job Requirements
• Required Skills & Experience Minimum of 3+ year experience in the Accounts Receivable.
• BA/BS in Finance Accounting Economics or similar degree.
• Certified CMA & CFA is preferred .
• Experience using financial systems including SAP & ERP and electronic workflow solutions.
• Ability to prioritize organize and follow up and maintain confidentiality of pertinent company data.
