Duties:
Assist in setting appointments organizing Agendas.
Answering calls and requests.
Assist supervisor in collecting reports, gathering departmental information, aiding in compiling data to produce reports.
Assist in follow-up with different departments regarding work flow and business process related matters.
Skills
Bachelor degree in any related field.Very Good Command of English.
(Business administration / commerce backgrounds are preferred).
Very good Microsoft Office proficiency.
Strong organization and prioritization skills.
Very good communication skills.
