Profile & Experince
Minimum of 10 + years eperince in HR and Administration with a University Degree (preferably business or engineering) Master Degree is a plus.
Production and industrial realations experience (preferably FMCG sector)
Minimum 6 years team management experience
Experience in all HR areas, union and collective bargining
Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law
No restriction to travel
Ability to influence and obtain buy-in from stakeholders of multiple levels of organisation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytic and diagnostic skills
Strong work ethic and initiative with excellent time mangement and project management skills
Hands on organisational design experience with proven results
