-produce accurate and timely employee remuneration payments together with effective management and administration of employee benefits in SAP system
-Compile the legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions for all groupFforward planning and development of Payroll Systems to ensure that, changes in business activities and other regulatory requirements are fully supported by the payroll systems
-Control, coordination and reporting of payroll matters such as EOS, medical insurance and other employee benefit plans etc.
-Establish procedures for maintaining the payroll system in order to accommodate changes affecting the way in which the system is structured, managed and maintained, e.g. changes to organizational structures, business unit and accounting codes, employee benefit plans and other regulatory requirements.
-Setting the work standards for data entry, payroll processing, codification etc. which Payroll and operational staff must follow in order to ensure systems integrity and accuracy of recorded employee data.
-Establish Strong processes and procedures to ensure accurate recording of employee personal and payroll data together with the production of meaningful payroll management information and reports as requested by senior management
-Pays employees by electronic transfers to bank accounts across all regions
-Preparation constraints and financial analyzes of salaries revealed monthly reconciliations.
-Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
-Fulfill all reporting requirements of all relevant government rules and regulations.
-Prepare and control the manpower budgets based on analysis of pre-expenses in alignment with department management and different markets objectives and business plans.
