Primary Job Responsibilities
Implement fully integrated brand plans across all elements of the marketing mix
Lead cross-functional teams on portfolio initiatives from ideation to launch to post launch assessment
Deliver both short and long term sales, share and equity results
Commission research projects of different types to analyze and identify potential gaps and growth opportunities
Delivering the P&L target for the brand(s) at hand and managing the marketing budget to ensure proper allocation of funds in relevant activities
Manage external agencies to deliver impactful communication across ATL, BTL and Digital
Collaborate with sales team on identifying and tackling distribution opportunities
Assist in the development of the long term strategy and goals of brand(s)
Job Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent
2-3 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG industry
Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to take initiative and drive results
A team player who knows how to handle peers with different backgrounds and personalities
Strong analytical skills and comfort in working with large sets of data
Experience in working on ATL - BTL and Digital projects
Experience in qualitative, quantitative and continuous research including Retail Audit and Consumer Tracking
Experience in developing project timelines and implementation of initiatives
