• Assist the Marketing Director, Sales Director and Data Base manager in collecting all reports from sales, EQ and marketing teams.
• Assist finance with registration confirmation and invoicing to our clients.
• Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
• Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.
