Cost controller is needed for a large automotive company
Location: kattamiya
• To control the Food & Beverage Cost
• Engineer the menu in terms of costing
• Repair variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating / discussing with relevant parties.
• Prepare the daily and monthly cost report department in relation to cost of sales.
• Prepare daily meal cost report staff.
• Ensure that purchasing obtain up – to – date and accurate prices by comparing prices against suppliers quotations.
• Prepare and analyze food and beverage costs on a monthly basis and recommend alternatives to improve costs
• Cash handling and check settlement
• Know how to handle suppliers and how to get the best price
• Perfect MS Office
• Punctual & Accurate
• 1 – 3 years of experience
