Your Role
Communicate with central planning team and factory teams to receive plans
Work on plans to calculate required materials
Transfer purchase requests (PRs) to purchase orders (POs)
Highlight risks and proposed solutions in a timely manner
React to changes in plans by adjusting POs sent to suppliers and calculate stock levels safety stocks for all materials
Coordinate with different entities (Purchasing Central Planning plants suppliers clearance etc.) to ensure availability of materials
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or any relevant study
Minimum of 1 year in the Supply Chain or Purchasing departments preferably in material planning
Fluent English speaker
Proficient user of MS Office Applications (Word PowerPoint Excel)
Strong communication and numerical skills
