Responsibilities:
* Sources and attracts candidates by using different channels.
* Screens candidates resumes and job applications, and conducts initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
* Conducts HR interviews and manages the technical interview process.
* Manages the new hire process.
Tracks hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
* Fully committed to HR policies in all work activities
* Work and form relationships with internal departments heads to know and understand their hiring needs and job specifications
* Develop, evaluate and release job postings on a platform, such as social media and website
* Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
* Screen resumes and manages candidates interview process from prepping before interviews to reaching the offer negotiation
* Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and new hired and fired employees, exit interview analysis, and other candidate relationships
* Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database
* Provide daily/weekly reports to direct manager
* Make sure that all candidates perfectly prepared all hiring documents before starting their work
Requirements:
1- 2 - 3 years of Experience in recruiting or human resources.
2- Bachelor degree in Business or human resource management (or related field).
3- Certifications in HR are a must.
4- Excellent in Microsoft Office applications.
5- Proficient with social media and recruiting platforms.
6- Very good in English.
7- Aware of work-related laws.
8- Excellent communications skills, and report presenting.
