Organize and schedule appointments and meetings maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos letters faxes and forms
Record track and handle the package shipment receiving shipping out of Air way bills
Handle the relationship with the Airfreight companies
Prepares the stationary request and ensures regular availability of stationary
Followup on the issued and pending invoices expenses advances and other related minor accounting issues and communicates with the Finance department for approval
Undertakes the logistics to facilitate the transportation of the technical staff to the customer site
Handles travel logistics for team members
Submits required reports regularly and per request
Handles filling to all necessary documentation correspondences in out purchasing orders petty cash attendance reports
Schedules meetings and arranges appointments for internal meetings
Responds to inquiries referring them to the appropriate concerned person
Proven work experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role
Bachelor Degree with min 2 3 years of experience in the same position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Very good command of English
Competency in Microsoft Suit
Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
Able to contribute positively as part of a team helping out with various tasks as required
