Job description:
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through inbound calls.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders forms applications and requests.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job requirements:
Graduates only of any major
Very good in English is a MUST
Strong interpersonal skills
Flexible with rotational shifts & weekends (Max 9 PM for females)
