Main Task & duties :
-Work closely to the managementArranging meetingsand appointments prepare important documents update records and write reports.
-Prepare documents for external or internal communications
-Analyze data and create reports to deliver to upper management
-Meeting and greeting customers .
Requirements:
-Females OnlyPreferably: Zayed or October City residents .
-(0-2) years of experience
-Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field
-Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
-Problem-solving attitude
-Excellent English and Microsoft Office
Note : Autocad knowledge will be a huge plus.
