Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in BusinessHuman Resourcesor related area
1-3 yearof experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Role
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Assist with payroll and benefits administration
Assist in implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Schedule quarterlySemi-annual and annual employee performance reviews
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment administrative processes
Support in employee onboarding and help organize training & development schedules
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
