- Identify and negotiate schedules milestones & resources required to meet project objectives. - Perform Operational Audit by interviewing the key person of each department in the client organization. - Identify Risk and recommend the actions to mitigate the risk. - Design Internal Controls to control the processes. - Design Authorization Matrix to the clients based on the entity hierarchy. - Develop Policies procedures and manuals tailored to the client vision based on the business needs. - Collect information about the specified market according to the project objectives in order to study the market. - Write and prepare a market study that includes all the information about the market in order to advise the client with the right advice.
