Job Summary:

The job holder will be responsible for performing more complex analyses using the most up-to-date available financial, operational and market data.

The job holder will also be mainly responsible for the sales operations (credit & cash management) with WE international corporate customers.

Job tasks include:

• Develop the planning and performance processes for corporate and departments for the institutionalization of the activities and consistency in implementation.
• Provide coaching to subordinates as required to share knowledge and ensure efficiency.
• Ensure needed data is collected on a timely basis for the achievements of needed analysis and studies.
• Perform a more detailed SWOT analysis and other analyses and case studies such as forecasts of market conditions and competitors performance to support in the identification of the strategic direction for the coming period.
• Perform detailed and more complex data analysis for collected data of KPIs measurements and budget.

Education & skills.

• University Degree preferably in Business Management (Accounting) / Finance Management or related fields.
• Very good Command of English.
• Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills.

Required Experience

• 1-2 years of Experience in a similar role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Credit & Cash Management or AR accounting.
• Experience in excel statistics and data analysis tools experience in data mining and reports generation.
