Responsibilities:

• Assist the Proposition Manager on achieving the team KPIs and goals.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of our activity
• Lead the planning and execution of large multi-market campaigns including coordinating international inputs and asset briefings
• Own the Go-to-market budget for key propositions working closely with the local markinet teams to plan and track effectiveness
• Support the development of business & investment cases for new service propositions & products
• Support the financial assessment of new client opportunities & support the design of optimal commercial models
• Work with the commercial managers to ensure client quotes & business cases meet the brief
• Evaluate the commercial performance of existing accounts and/or propositions against the original business case
• Support the identification of new commercial opportunities within existing accounts
• Complete market sizing work for potential new service propositions
• Using qualitative and quantitative research to develop propositions including a marketing concept pricing and financial predictions
• Comfortable with financials and able to create / support business cases and forecasts with sound business rationale
• Leading cross functional virtual teams in a large matrixed organisation with the ability to work effectively across divisional boundaries when required
• Engaging with Sales Marketing Pricing Product and Technology to define and implement the commercial propositions required to win in the industry vertical to gain insights, and to identify merchant needs and solutions.
• Working with cross-functional teams to get buy-in/approval/guidance including lines of business operations finance legal compliance security fraud and related functions.
• Provide transparency and ongoing communications with a line of business partners/key stakeholders.
• Actively monitor industry trends participate in industry forums professional associations conferences etc.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposition preferably in MNOs Aggregators or banks.
• Work independently and within a diverse team including with stakeholders from different departments entities
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and conditions
• Participation in major bids pipeline build activity customer engagements proposition creation proposal responses bid approval and business case
• Excellent communication and presentation skills whether formally or informally
• Develop and drive a marketing and communications strategy and plan for repeatable differentiated business consulting propositions that deliver significant revenue growth
• Demonstrated success in strategic development and thinking entrepreneurial vision and program execution with B2B product and propositions.
• Good technical background with an understanding of the software development life cycle and a good sense for a preeminent user experience.
