1- Greeting Clients visiting the branch & handling their requests.
2- Filling accurate registration form for new clients.
3- Distributing sales Lead (Call Center & Walk-Ins) among the sales team on rotational basis, following the rules set by the Branch Head.
4- Updating visits tracking sheets for revisiting clients (sales).
5. For clients looking for service from other units (customer service, resale & back-office):
• Updating visits tracking sheets.
• Take their requests and inform the specified department and follow up with them
6. Sending & Receiving Aramex shipments & update shipment tracking sheets.
7. Sending daily & periodical reports (weekly & monthly) as per the requests set by the Sales Administration Supervisor the Head of Sales, Branch Heads, Call Center and Business Development Team.
8. Supporting the sales function in miscellaneous administrative tasks.
