What will you need?
B.SC. in Business Administration or relevant
0-2 years experience in Human Resources, IT industry experience is preferred
Good knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, diversity & inclusion, and competency based assessment
Excellent analytical & organization skills
Strong Customer centricity
Strong communication & presentation skills
What will you do?
Research, recruit, screen and interview candidates for job openings
Confer with hiring manager and supervisors within RIT to identify job duties and job specifications.
Implement and comply with related procedures and reviews for generating job offers
Coordinate and participates in on-campus and off-site recruitment events including employment fairs
Develop and maintain contacts with online channels, and offline agencies; universities, institutes, and other related organizations in technology sector to find and attract candidates and enrich the database
Engage in and facilitate the onboarding program for all new hires for better candidate/employee experience
Report recruitment activities and dashboards, and monitor analytics for process enhancement
Take part in organizational development projects
