Job Description
- Responsible for the inventory control ( record all inventory in and out - perform reordering requests - keep in contact with operation team to know their needs and plan ahead for the purchasing )
- Responsible for all the following up calls with the customers and vendors such as following up the documents, pending payments, cheques
- Work as an office manager ( any needed maintenance in the office - any consumables needed)
- Assist the senior accountant on in some accounting work
Required Skills And Experience
- bachelor degree in accounting or any relevant field
- From 6 months to 1 year of experience in administration work.
- inventory background is a plus
Working Conditions
Location: Sheikh Zayed, Giza
Working days: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
