Duties
Incumbent is a team member of the Human Resources (HR) Offices Locally Employed (LE) Staff Programs unit and is under the direct supervision of the Locally Employed (LE) Staff HR Specialist. Incumbent provides a broad array of administrative support functions for the entire HR Office and those specific to the LE Staff Programs. The incumbent will perform all or the majority of the duties on a regular reoccurring basis to provide seamless coverage between two HR Clerk positions.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Two years of substantive/responsible office administration experience.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Working knowledge of standard office procedures and familiar with Microsoft applications is required.
Education Requirements:
Two years of college studies is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE:
Level IV (fluent) in speaking/reading/writing of English is required. (This will be tested).
Level IV (fluent) in speaking/reading/writing of Arabic is required.
Qualifications:
All applicants under consideration will be required to pass medical and security certifications.
