Job Responsibilities :
Monitoring & controlling through diverse analysis (Investigate irregular balances).
Reconcile intercompany balances with confirmations received, approve bank reconciliations, follow up discrepancies.
Ensure proper application of company’s policy, in alignment with IFRS and local GAAP.
Reporting (financial package report, cockpit, FS,KPIs, etc.).
Book statistical JVs Cash flow and Sales KPIS.
Coordinate with Auditors and tax authorities, reply their requests /queries till issuance of FSs (incl. subsequent formal doc. e.g. BoD.
Ensure existence or initiate an MOU/contract/ quotations with Construction & Project Mgmt. Depts. covering the sold unit(s) to start const.
Review, in coordination with Project Mgmt. dept., the “Construction Progress Reports” (abstract and sub contractor invoices incl. % of completion) considering revenue targets & handover commitments.
Ensure matching of revenue & cost, reasonableness of values.
Review proper recording and allocation of construction & infra. costs/ WIP of units and extra works; according to internal policies in alignment with relevant IFRS & local GAAP; after revising the relevant documents.
Review proper recording & allocation of other COGS ( e.g Design, commissions, golf, land, etc.)
Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
Minimum 1-3 Years of Experience in a similar role.
Good Command in English.
Excellent Excel skills.
