Job Description:
- Maintain network of contacts to easily recognize and source qualified candidates.
- Establish contacts with qualified candidates for respective job openings.
- Compile and enter job advertising in various media.
- Use Internet online recruiting sources and Etisalat Career page to recognize and hire candidates.
- Recognize and interview best talent in the marketplace.
- Research and communicate with community services, colleges and internet sites.
- Present administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor/Manager and the recruitment process.
- Analyze applicant needs by preparing and studying job description and job qualifications.
- Analyze applicant qualifications by pre-screening applicants, observing responses, checking and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Assist in processing applicant testing, background checks, skill set checks and reference checks.
- Prepare, maintain, and update CV database to ensuring the fulfillment of manpower plan targets.
- Schedule & Conduct interviews external & internal up to supervisory level.
- Prepare shortlists for requested internal and external vacancies as per received job profiles.
- Carry out the hiring process including job offer proposal , communicating it to the successful candidates, following up on medical checkups, collect needed hiring documents and submitting it to the HR Service team.
- Conduct assessment for the graduate trainees, and participate in the decision of their employment confirmation.
- Act as a link between the assigned department and all the other HR functions.
- Establish & maintain a good rapport with the internal customers to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
- Review & ensure that the headcounts/HRFs are within the budgeted plan for the concerned accounts.
- Gather Data and Generates reports related to the SLAs required ensuring effective implementation & monitoring of the process performance.
- Participate in Summer training program; announcement, interviews, trainee orientation, and managers feedback after the program.
- Customer Centricity; creates a positive internal customer experience during internal customer journeys and touch points.
Qualifications Essential:
- University Degree in a business-related discipline.
- Minimum 0 to 2 years Experience.
- Very Good Computer skills.
- Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
