HR Generalist is needed
Job Description
Coordinate the implementation of the training activities
Organize the internal onboarding process
Responsible for HR interviews and handling exit interviews
Assist in enhancing the quarter mid year annual performance appraisal
Assist in the overtime process and bonus cycle
Report and publish HR dashboard reports headcount leave attendance exit etc
Responsible for preparing all final settlements
All daily administrative work and daily operation cycle
Assist the HR department in any needed tasks
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in any relevant field
0 1 years of experience in the same role
Less than 25 age
An HR Certificate is not a must
Females only
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint
