- Basic salary 3500 + commission

✓job description
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about services or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Communicate with clients or proscpects on all digital channels (SM, WhatsApp, Wesbite, etc)
- Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

✓requirements
-Experience as a Telesales Representative or Customer Service Representative
-Familiar with CRM and MS Office programs
-Good customer service skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Able to multitask
-Minimum 1 : 3years of experience.
- Bachelor degree
- English V.Good.
-Max age 30
