Job Summary

The Sales Hiring and Development Specialist will be responsible for the hiring and development processes of the on-ground sales force.

Responsibilities

Receive- screen- and file incoming resumes- backgrounds.

Conduct face to face interviews with prospective applicants.

Ensure the accuracy of the hired agents.

Work on partnerships with hiring agencies and ensure the quality of applicants.

Maintain consistent standards for all applicants.

Initiate different hiring leads and campaigns.

Responsible for the documentation of the Sales team.

Responsible for the payroll incentives and other work benefits.

Work closely with the sales operations to staff the teams and plan for the new hires.

Work with the HR team for the exit interviews and exit processes.

What We Look For

1-3 years of relevant work experience.

Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline.

Previous HR experience.

Personable- energetic individual who is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast-paced startup.

Candidate must be a resident of Upper Egypt.
