 Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting welcoming directing and announcing them appropriately

 Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls

 Excellent knowledge of social media best practices

Receiving and sorting daily mail

 Welcome the visitors and guide them to inpatients rooms

Create super engaging content

Reels image and video

Overhead for the doctors or employees if needs

High University Degree is a must

1  3 years of Experience as a Receptionist in medical center or similar role

Good in English

Highly Presentable

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Professional attitude and appearance

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
