Job Responsibilities:
Perform analysis on the Talent Acquisition performance management procedures to ensure that the Department can attract and hire the associates with the appropriate skills and experiences so that the organization is able to achieve its business objectives
Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS), management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors practices, and other sources.
Responsible for incorporating timely updates to the Talent Acquisition database to ensure complete and easy retrieval of all records
Presentation skills: report, dashboard, visualization, presentation
Analytical skills: research, statistical (analysis), quantitative (analysis)
Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, and turnover
Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to Head of Talent Acquisition department identifying errors and advising on solutions
Identifying and working with the HR team to resolve various HR related issues
Spreading awareness and support to numerous departments in the organization regarding HR policies, processes, and best practice
Assisting the HR team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practices within the company
Reviewing employee and candidate data and inputting this into relevant HR databases
Responsible to coordinate, collect, prepare reports and perform statistical analysis, Talent Acquisition information relating to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Competencies and Development.
