Now we are looking for an HR specialist based in our office in Cairo. If you have experience in Human Resources, want to work in an international company, and look for professional development, were waiting for your CV!


What you will you do:


• Provide support to employees in various HR-related matters such as annual leave, medical leave, and relative Issues.

• Act as the Focal Point of Operations & communication with HR vendors & suppliers.

• Manage Payroll Execution Process in the country.

• Manage & maintain employee personal records with the Vendor to ensure all information is updated and documented accurately as per country laws.

• Maintain proper filing and records system.

• To check, verify and calculate staff claims for Analysis.

• Administers medical insurance, updating employee movement and liaising with the insurance agents regards to employee complaints and claims processing.

• Manage courier services and postal mail – To verify the invoices sent by the courier services against consignment notes before sending them to the finance department for payment.

• Ensure that HR Policies & procedures are applied and report breaches to HRBP.

• Promote equity, fair treatment, and positive employee relations and ensure compliance with Local Laws generally.

• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

• Manage full Employee onboarding & Offboarding cycle – For CS & OnL teams

• Manage the Meeting minutes sharing during the Management meetings etc.

• Any other tasks relevant to experience assigned from time to time by the Manager/Supervisor.


What we expect from you:


• Experience of 1 year in various HR Roles & functions. Gulf / International Experience is highly recommended.

• Fluent English Speaker; (spoken & written)

Literacy of Business English communication terminologies.

• Previous exposure to international environments and knowledge of cultural differences.

• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent Knowledge of Google apps, especially Sheets and forms.

• Tech savvy with a passion for process improvement and Automation.

• HR Diploma holders and HR Certified candidates are preferred.

Lives Nearby Heliopolis is preferable.
