An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and capable administrative assistant. You will: work closely with a senior manager, grow and develop in your role; with time supervise others.
You will handle recruitment projects and deliver high-quality work under supervision.
You are required to have experience of fulfilling various administrative and / or recruitment / HR tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and researching information on the Internet.
Schedule calls and handle correspondence
Consult with manager to understand clients requirements and specific job objectives
Write and post job descriptions on career websites and social media
Source candidates by using databases and social media
Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates skills
Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to senior recruiter
Help senior recruiter with recruiting methods and interview questions
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
