Handling incoming calls and other communications
Updating paperwork maintaining documents and word processing

Sending professional e mails reports
Able to make professional Presentations
Able to use Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint
Ready to learn our inventory
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience as an office assistant or in a related field
Warm personality presentable with strong communication skills presentation skills
Prioritizing Time Management
Great communication skills
Work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel Powerpoint
