- Manage and develop a pool of Document Controllers (including Supervisor Document Controllers, Senior Document Controllers & Document Controllers) in the projects for the effective implementation of the project Document/ Drawing Control procedure.
- Evaluate the current Document Control work processes, and suggest process improvements/ development of new processes as required, in coordination with the Project Manager and Functional Department Head.
- Conduct training as required and provide coaching for document controllers and project staff, to ensure that the document control processes are fully understood within the project.
- Lead the resolution of all document control problems and issues.
- Manage a high volume of documents/drawings effectively and ensure the smooth running of document control activities in the cost center/project.
