Job description for administrative assistant
1 Answering calls taking messages and handling correspondence
2 Meeting and greeting clients
3 Arranging appointments organizing and servicing meetings by producing agendas and taking minutes
4 Typing and preparing reports emails memos and letters
5 Managing database client files and financial information
6 Logging and processing bills and expenses
7 Order and maintain office supplies
8 Follow up on payment process invoices and claims with clients
9 HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date and updating payroll and salaries documents
10 Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity
Required skills
1 Good communication and customer service skills
2 Organization and time management skills
3 Ability to multitask
4 Ability to be proactive and use your initiative
5 Proficiency with Microsoft office
6 Excellent computer literacy
7 Prior experience in administration would be advantageous
