Job responsibilities:

• Learn and follow instructions, use standard operating procedures and call scripts, FAQs as provided by management
• Giving immediate feedback in case of any difficulties or issues with the used program

• B2 English level at least
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read and write proficiently while multitasking (actively listening to customer and answering questions)
• Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
• Good organization and problem solving skills
