Duties

 Posting job ads

 Shortlisting candidates as per requirements  CV screening scheduling interviews conducting interviews and shortlisting qualified candidates for final round

 Coordinating new hire paperwork, and new hire orientation meetings.

 Updating job descriptions as needed

 Coordinating and setting up training classes or meetings

 Human resource issues

 Handling the onboarding process introduction calls formalities and documentation run through dress code and induction of new joiners

 Updating and maintaining attendance and leave database

 Coordinating performance appraisal processes

 Updating instructors as our plan

 All HR Function

Requirements 

 Bachelor Degree

 From 1  2 years experience in the same position

 Very good in English

 Resident in Cairo
