Education
BS/BA in IT Computer Science or equivalent.
Proficiency in the English language
Experience/Prior Success
It is favorable to 0-2 years of proven success in outside sales.
A consistent track record of sales quotas is favorable.
Intelligence/Curiosity:
Demonstrate the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy.
Must be an aggressive self-starter with the ability to articulate our product portfolio and create the demand to close deals.
Excellent communication interpersonal presentation and negotiation skills.
Coachability:
Learn how to qualify new opportunities and make new contacts – unafraid to approach a cold or warm customer.
Understand the competitive environment and customer landscape.
Build a strong knowledge of business and trends in the IT industry in order to demonstrate relevance and thought leadership to customers and Partners.
Ability to acquire strong technical and business knowledge with complementary skills to understand the customers business drivers to align with the offered solutions.
