Providing support to the General Manager on a variety of Admin and HR tasks
Accountabilities
Petty Cash management
Admin reporting to General Manager running personal errands.
HR assistance with documents employees management on behalf of General Manager
Assist employees with their medical cards
Assist in technical resources such as zoom rooms handingcollecting laptops
Managing supplies for none FM departments within the company
Support with various tasks for miscellaneous government authorities
Resolve backlog of supplier POs and account queries for vendors outside of workplace
Legal support with the HR team locally with commercial registration certificate renewal municipality license etc
Support in raising POs for the companys associates in all departments and manage invoices against these POs
Responsible for company stamps

About You
College degree preferred
01 year experience in similar role
Very good English speaking and writing
Administrative and Financial experience
Computer literate
Presentable
Ability to work under pressure
