The Role
While will be the first point of contact but would be expected to handle the client journey successfully throughout all its touch points to support our team of lawyers
To succeed in this role you should be details oriented excellent communicator and able to show empathy and professionalism with client from various backgrounds must be fluent in writtenspoken English to C2 level able to deal with tasks in a timely and organised manner attentive to clients needs has problem solving skills and able to work to a high standard with minimum supervision
Daily Activities
Answering and forwarding phone calls
Take messages and records them on the Case Management System
Managing email inboxes website enquiries, social media messages and replying to new and existing enquiries from clients
Register clients onto our internal software and update their details
Abide by confidentiality principles
Taking payments from clients over the phone or online
Provide general and administrative support to colleagues
Ad-hoc admin tasks to support the team and clients
Complete application forms and analyse information inline with regulatory rules
Minimum Requirements
· Fluent English Speaker with excellent writing skills C2
· 2 Years minimum experience in a professional environment

Have English written and verbal fluency to level C2
