Job Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in personnel, payroll and HR functions is A MUST.
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration or any other related field.
- HR Diploma is a must.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
- Very good command of English language and excellent Arabic linguistic skills.
Competencies:
- Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Strong time Management skills and ability to stick to tight deadlines.
- Hard-worker, high stress tolerance and ability to deal with dynamic fast growing environment.
- Honest with high ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Focused, people-oriented and has good ability to deal with numbers
- MS office applications proficiency
