Responsibilities
1 Receiving all visitors at the companys headquarters answering their inquiries and implementing their requests
2 Assisting clients in filling out the card issuance form and signing the required papers
3 Handing over customers cards at the companys headquarters
4 Collection of customer payments at the companys headquarters
5 Recording customer requests on the CRM system
Qualifications
Bachelor degree
At least 0 2 years of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi task organize and prioritize work
