Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the talent management activities among the companies business units
- Generate Talent Review exercises periodical reports and consolidate them
- Facilitate and coordinate the assessment centers setups
- Coordinate and support in the talent review exercises among the groups business units
- Maintain and coordinate the performance management system across all businesses
- Generate the analysis after the closure of the Performance Management Cycle
Qualification - Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Management or HR is an advantage
- 0-2 years of experience in Talent Management - Performance
- Advanced in MS Excel
- Fluency in verbal and written English
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about numbers with analytical skills
