Provide administrative assistance to the staff such as creating fingerprints and Coordinate check ns and check out activities attendance Creating users and passwords and handling issues related to laptop programs and apps such as inserting clients databases CRM shared folders and pictures
2 Handle system issues by communicating with the responsible company to fix the problem
3 Keep track of office inventory purchase and organize necessary Supplies Materials and Electronic devices by monthly checklist Also handle Mobile Electricity and Internet bills
4 Serve as the first point of contact to callers and visitors providing a professional image for the property through efficient direction and assistance provide administrative support also Answer phones and greets guests handle both telephone and face to face property inquiries
5 Communicate with developers by sending client info to avoid conflict data via Email CIL and get approvals
6 Tracking and roommate conflicts when the managers will be out of the office scheduling coordinate meetings developers training CEO meetings
7 Assist employees with various tasks as needed like update apartment status deal details form divide and distribute leads etc perform additional duties as assigned as per CEO request
8 Create update and manage employee files for each department work papers Also make the database in sync with files
9 Collect client info from staff who go for a meeting outside the office
