will be reported to the founder & CEO, will organise and manage administrative tasks across the company, meet guests, organize personal administrative tasks....
Job Responsibilities
Managing and organizing HR filing, paperwork and requirements for the company.
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partner
Organize recruitment including posting jobs on newspapers, recruitment sites and universities
Create organized schedules in excel for payments
Operate office equipment, printers and liaise with IT for IT problems
Schedule appointments for our CEO including managing his calendar and schedule
Location
Office in Beverly hills, shaikh zayed city
Job Requirements
- English language is required
- Very good English languages skills – written and spoken
- Presentable
- Very well organized
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in MS office (word and excel are a must)
- Bachelors degree
- resident in October city is preferred
Salary up to 8000 / month
