Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative work (booking, registration, course logistics…. Etc.).
- Prepare all documentation and material used for courses.
- Siemens Healthcare academy Data Base management.
- Handle different administrative tasks and operations.
- Responsible for managing and following up financial topics, invoicing, and reporting.
- Work in academic projects with universities.
- Work in social media activities
Your Qualifications And Experience
- 0-1 years of experience in Administrative or related positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extracurricular activities Healthcare is a plus
- Strong drive and focus for results
